Description
The term 'regular' refers to a military force consisting of 'regular troops' that can be mustered at a moment's notice. This term was created by the UEG to differentiate between bog standard troops and officer classifications, that differentiate themselves by an inverted set of chevrons. While each individual units is robust and hardy, armor-piercing ammunition can punch through their reactive outer armor and destroy the central core. UNSC personnel have been instructed to avoid damage to the head as this will not destroy the unit, instead only disable the visual perception of the RK-1, only one of two means of sensory perception. Teams utilizing ball or shredder ammunition are advised to either concentrate fire on a unit, or to avoid engagement entirely.
